By accessing or using POSolid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the service.
POSolid is a cloud-based point-of-sale platform designed for restaurants and food service businesses. We provide order management, kitchen display, staff management, and analytics tools accessible via web browser and mobile devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Each organization account may have multiple user accounts with different roles and permissions.
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all functionality of the platform, without any limitation, and no payment details are required to begin. By registering an account you agree that our sales department may contact you by email approximately 7 days after registration to ask about your experience with the service and to discuss continuing on a paid basis. Three days before the end of the trial period we will send you an email warning that the account is about to be deactivated. If the account has not been paid for by the end of the trial period, it will be blocked until payment is received.
POSolid is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Payment information is provided on request. Payment can be made by card or by direct transfer to our bank account. The invoice and the service agreement are sent to you by email.
All data you and your staff enter into POSolid remains yours. We process it only to provide the service to you and on your instructions: we do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and do not use it for any additional analysis, benchmarking, market reporting or the training of artificial-intelligence models. Reports and analytics are generated for your organization alone. You can export your business data from the settings panel at any time, and deleting your organization removes its data across every part of the platform. We act as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the data-processing agreement is published at /dpa. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — monthly or annual — at the price then in force, unless you cancel before the cycle ends. You can cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the cycle you have already paid for; we do not refund the remainder of a cycle unless the law requires it. For annual subscriptions we send a renewal reminder by email before the charge. When a subscription ends, or a trial lapses without payment, your account is closed to logins but your data is kept for 30 days so you can ask us to export it; after those 30 days we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and you can export your business data yourself from the settings panel at any time while the account is open.
We work to keep POSolid available and correct, but the service is provided as it is: to the fullest extent permitted by law we give no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, and we do not guarantee a specific level of availability unless we have agreed one with you in writing. POSolid is a tool for running your business — you remain responsible for your own fiscal, tax and employment obligations and for keeping your own copies of the records you are required to hold. We may suspend the service briefly for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, transmit harmful or illegal content, or interfere with the availability of the service for other users. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
POSolid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional harm, for gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts having jurisdiction over our registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction, whichever country you are based in. Nothing in this clause removes a protection that mandatory law gives you and that cannot be varied by agreement.
